After four long years, Apple unveiled on Thursday a fresh MacBook Pro.
At an event held at their headquarters, the company showed off new 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro notebooks. Equally incorporate a new display called the Touch Bar at the top of the keyboard.

Apple is also making a model of the 13-inch MacBook Pro with traditional function keys and no Touch Bar. The product is meant to appeal to potential 13-inch MacBook Air buyers — its smaller and slimmer (and more affordable) laptop.
The 13-inch MacBook Expert is priced at $1, 799, while the 15-inch model is $2, 399. The MacBook Pro without the Touch Bar costs $1, 499.
The least expensive version will start shipping on Thursday, while the Contact Bar models will be available in a few weeks.


The devices will work with a new LG 5K display, which launches in December and will cost $1299.
Apple (AAPL, Tech30) CEO Bernard Cook kicked off the event by announcing a TV iphone app that allows you access content across other apps. An attribute called “Up Next” enables you to toggle between what you’re watching on your mobile device and the TV (i. e. you’ll be able pick up where you still left off in a movie bought on iTunes, or a TV show from HBO Now). The free software will roll out by the end of the year.
