- USSD Code: Dial *600*Recipient’s Number*Amount*PIN#. For example, to transfer 500 Naira to 08060876422 with the above PIN, dial *600*08060876422*500*0912#.
You will receive a message from the operator about the successful transfer. Only N50 – N6,000 can be transferred at once. You can’t transfer more than N50,000 per day.
- SMS: Type “Transfer MTNNumber Amount PIN”. For example, to transfer 500 Naira to 08060876422 with 0912 as your PIN, you should text “Transfer 08060876422 500 0912 to 777.
Text the keyword Yes to 777 to confirm the transfer.
Note that these methods are suitable only for transferring money within the MTN network.
How to transfer credit on Glo?
To perform Glo credit transfer, use Glo EasyShare service. The default PIN is 0000. It is recommended to change the PIN when your number is activated. To do this, dial the simple USSD code:
- Dial *132*defaultPIN*NewPIN*NewPIN#.
For example, to change the standard PIN to 09120, dial *132*00000*09120*09120# and Send. You will receive a message from the operator about the successful change of the PIN.
For credit transfer, dial *131*recipient’sNumber*AirtimeAmount*Password# and Send. For Example, to transfer N500 to 08050876422 with 09120 as your PIN, dial *131*08050876422*500*09120# and send.
You can transfer 50-1000 Naira daily.
How to transfer credit on Etisalat (9 Mobile)?
Find the service menu on your phone. Select the option Balance transfer, enter the standard PIN 0000 and the amount. Also, you can change the PIN in the service menu.

To perform Etisalat credit transfer via SMS, dial *223*PIN*Amount*RecipientNumber#. For example, to transfer N500 to 08090876422 with PIN 0921, dial *223*0921*500*08090876422#. Make sure that 10 Naira will remain on your account.

How to transfer credit on Airtel?
You should use Airtel Me2U service to perform Airtel credit transfer. As in similar services of other operators, you can make a transfer using the standard PIN 1234. In this case, it is also recommended to change it as soon as possible. Text PIN defaultPIN NewPIN to 432. For example, to change the PIN to 0912, send PIN 1234 0912 to 432. If the operation was successful, you will receive a notification that your new PIN is 0912.
To transfer money from Airtel to Airtel, you should send 2U AirtelNumber Amount PIN to 432. If you want to transfer 500 Naira to 08020876422 with 0912 as your PIN, text 2U 08020876422 500 0912 to 432. The operator may charge you 10 Naira.
