Apple iPhone X blueprint leak suggest A11 CPU along with a vertical dual-camera setup
There have a number of leaks and speculations about Apple launching a third iPhone this year along with the regular updates to the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. While some are calling the third variant as the iPhone 8, some believe it will be called iPhone X marking the 10th anniversary of the smartphone.
The latest leak is an alleged blueprint
showing the internal components of the so-called iPhone X.
One can clearly notice the from the blueprint the smartphone’s dual rear camera design which unlike the iPhone 7 Plus has been put vertically on the top left corner. There is also Apple’s all new A11 chipset which should offer an improved performance over the A10 Fusion. It is placed below the Wi-Fi and SIM module.
Above the display there is a 3D camera as well as an infrared biometric scanner. At the bottom there are the stereo speakers, a taptic engine and two 3D touch engines underneath the display. The taptic engine will provide feedback for the home button. One interesting thing is that the schematics show two batteries (yellow and peach) which means that we finally might see a boost in battery performance. Also there is a front mounted fingerprint scanner, but rumours say that the handset will have a full vision display covering the complete front of the handset. So it will be interesting to see how Apple will incorporate the fingerprint sensor.
Of course nothing is official about the blueprint, so its better to just take this with a grain of salt.
