BMW said it will release a Level 5 self-driving car in 2021, Elmar Frickenstein, BMW’s senior VP for autonomous driving, said during a panel dialog in Berlin, according to Reuters. Level 5 autonomy means the car can handle driving totally all alone in any geographic location. tech news
